|Recommended: YesSuper cool. — Its nice considering the pool and gym. Neighbors are cool, no problem with management. My only beef is that my rent isn't lowered due to having less closet space since being on the first floor, thats pretty dumb. Also, parking is no bueno. Otherwise it's a quiet and clean community that is diverse with friendly people and animals. Its close to all things in Orland and Tinley, is right next to various transportation options, and has a cool brick wall feature in the living room. Pretty groovy.

|Recommended: YesThe property is beautiful and clean — I love living here i wish i didn’t get a noise complaint on my first day of moving in i didn’t pay attention it was a time limit on when you could move into your apartment yes i would recommend a person to move in just not above my neighbors my best friend lives in the building next to me and said she has never had any issues

|Recommended: YesVery well maintained and great community — The year and a half we stayed at Rustic Oaks was wonderful. We had no issues other than some minor maintenance ones that were taken care of very quickly by the maintenance staff Clayton is a great guy . Sometimes close parking was limited if you would be arriving after 9 pm. Many other residents had dogs and were very friendly if you stopped and chatted for a bit. I would've stayed longer if I wasn't moving out of state for a promotion Definitely a great place to stay if you have pets

|Recommended: YesNice, Quiet Community in Convenient Location — Living at Rustic Oaks is quite nice. It's close to Metra, the expressway, restaurants and shopping, while still being nicely tucked away in a quiet setting. Management maintains the property very well, addresses issues and questions promptly, and neighbors are friendly. Parking can be an issue, especially if you come in late at night, and a few dog owners don't clean behind their pets. Overall, though, it's nice and quiet and an enjoyable place to call home.

|Recommended: YesSimply GREAT — The staff is friendly starting by the leasing office. I deal with Teresa mainly and she's lovely, always made us feel welcomed and heard when we have a concern. We've enjoyed living here and would recommend this apartment complex.
